Your tasks:

• Independent operation and control of modern nonwoven systems

• Monitoring and optimization of production processes

• Carrying out maintenance work and machine conversions

• Compliance with quality standards and safety regulations

Your profile:

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification

• Ideally experience in nonwoven manufacturing or textile production

• Technical understanding and sense of responsibility

• Physical resilience and willingness to work shifts (4-shift system | continuous shift)
